Discuss: Hunger Pains

Thank you for this post. I really needed this right now being in a big transition point in life getting ready to finish my degree, doing an internship and taking 3 online classes, and I am married, my life is incredibly busy, but yet I am longing for something more fulfilling. I agree that I think God places that in us, kind of to say “Hey you haven’t got close enough to me!”. I think we should reach a place of peace but never fullfillment…With as big as we say God is, we should know that we will continually until we meet Him in heaven have a deeper thirst and hunger pains as you say! I am hungry, but it is one of those things, once you taste the goodness of His life and Word you only want more!
